The invention discloses a preparation method of unidirectional micro-shrinkage non-woven fabric. The method includes the steps of mixed fiber preparation, blowing and carding, laminating and lapping,spunlace and degreasing, bleaching, drying and the like, wherein longitudinally-oriented mixed fiber includes wool fiber. By introducing the oriented wool fiber into the non-woven fabric and utilizingthe moisture absorption and felting shrinkage characteristics of the wool fiber, the surface of the non-woven fabric is touched and kneaded after the non-woven fabric is soaked, and the wool fiber inthe non-woven fabric can present an orientated micro-shrinkage effect along with absorption or evaporation of moisture; the micro-shrinkage treatment conforms to the use pattern of fit masks, and thus the masks can exert a lifting acting force on the facial skin in the use process. The invention further discloses the unidirectional micro-shrinkage non-woven fabric and a method for making masks with the unidirectional micro-shrinkage non-woven fabric.
