The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical oil, and particularly relates to two-component antirust emulsified oil with high lubricity as well as a preparation method and an applicationof the two-component antirust emulsified oil. The antirust emulsified oil is fully mixed with base oil, graphite powder, a surfactant, an antirust agent and a defoaming agent, a component A is obtained and fully mixed with alkyl-containing cyclohexanol and a solvent, and a component B is obtained. The component A and the component B are added to water to be stirred into an emulsion, and workpieces are immersed in the emulsion for cutting processing, and the utilization rate and lubricating effect of the graphite powder can be increased.
