本发明提供结构式(I)所示的八个新的对映-阿替烷型二萜，异序乌桕素A-H(1-8)，含有化合物1-8及可药用载体的药物组合物，化合物1-8的制备方法，以及化合物1-8在制药中的应用，特别是在制备α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂药物中的应用，和在制备治疗或改善糖尿病及其相关疾病的药物中的应用。

The invention provides eight novel ent-atisane type diterpene shown as a structural formula (I), sapium insigne extract A to H (1 to 8), a pharmaceutical composition containing compounds 1 to 8 and pharmaceutical carriers, a preparation method of the compounds 1 to 8 and application of the compounds 1 to 8 to medicine preparation, and in particular relates to application to preparation of an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor medicine, and application to preparation of a medicine for treating or improving diabetes mellitus and related diseases.
