A clutch device (7) comprises a shaft (10), a rotating body (20) and a spiral spring (30). A first end (31) of the coil spring is secured to a first seat (19) disposed in a rotating body (20), and a second end (32) of the spiral spring is mounted on the outer peripheral surface (15) of a second seat (12) arranged on the outer periphery of the shaft, so as to be in interference fit on the outer peripheral surface. When the rotating body rotates in one direction, the spiral spring is subjected to torsion and elastically deforms in the radial direction. When the rotating body rotates in the other direction, the spiral spring is subjected to torsion and elastic radial expansion, so that the interference between the second end and the second seat is reduced, and the second end and the second base are allowed to slide relative to each other.
