The invention relates to a rolling preparation method of a high-performance asymmetrical two-stage thickness-differential plate. The rolling preparation method of the high-performance asymmetrical two-stage thickness-differential plate comprises the steps of coating greases on one surface layers of two aluminum alloy plate strips with completely same sizes, then stacking, gluing the surfaces coated with the greases, spot-welding side parts of the two stacked aluminum alloy plate strips, carrying out variable-thickness rolling on the welded aluminum alloy composite plate strip, producing a continuous aluminum alloy gradient strip material, cutting welding spot parts of the strip material of the rolled thickness-differential plate, shearing, processing to obtain thickness-differential platesin different shapes; finally separating the thickness-differential plates, and preparing an asymmetrical thickness-differential plate product. According to the rolling preparation method of the high-performance asymmetrical two-stage thickness-differential plate provided by the invention, the continuous operation of the high-performance asymmetrical aluminum alloy thickness-differential plate canbe realized, and the high-performance asymmetrical aluminum alloy thickness-differential plate produced by the technology hopefully replaces a steel thickness-differential plate and a steel tailor welded plate so as to have a wide prospect in the fields such as lightweight of automobiles.
