The invention discloses a determination method for bemegride and salt of bemegride in cosmetics. The determination method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-treating a sample: pre-treating a cosmetic sample to obtain filtrate; (2) determining the obtained filtrate by adopting high-performance liquid chromatography; (3) drawing a standard curve and calculating the content of the bemegride and the salt of bemegride in the sample. According to the determination method disclosed by the invention, the bemegride and the salt of bemegride in the cosmetics are determined by adopting the high-performance liquid chromatography and a positive sample is confirmed by adopting liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The method is accurate and rapid and has high sensitivity, and the detection limit,the recycling rate and the precision meet the requirements; the method has important significance on monitoring of quality safety of the cosmetics.
