The embodiment of the invention discloses an air gun array far-field wavelet determination method and device. The method provides the initial near-field wavelet which is excited by the air gun shock source in the air gun array and recorded at the receiving point of the near-field detector in the near-field detector group. The method comprises the steps that the filtering factor is determined according to the distance between the air gun shock source and the near-field detector in the near-field detector group and the distance between the virtual image of the air gun shock source and the near-field detector in the near-field detector group; filtering processing is performed on the initial near-field wavelet by using the filtering factor so as to obtain the target near-field wavelet; and thecorresponding far-field wavelet of the air gun array is determined according to the target near-field wavelet. According to the technical scheme, the air gun array far-field wavelet determination accuracy can be enhanced.
