The invention discloses a bend pipe type breakwater system which comprises a water inlet device, a suspension device, an energy storage tank, a turbine power generation device and a fixed anchor chain. The water inlet device comprises multiple pipes and at least two connecting plates; two ends of the multiple pipes are inserted and positioned on the connecting plates; a communicating hole is formed between each two adjacent pipes in each vertical direction; the communicating holes form a communicating channel along a linear direction from bottom to top; the top part of the channel communicatedwith the energy storage tank; a slide block with a through hole is arranged at the communicating hole part in each pipe; the suspension device is arranged above the water inlet channel and comprisesmultiple flexible pipes filled with foams; the turbine power generation device comprises an air turbine and an electric generator; the air turbine is located on the top part of the energy storage tankand is connected with the electric generator; and the fixed anchor chain is connected onto the water inlet device or the suspension device. The bend pipe type breakwater system disclosed by the invention is floated on a sea surface, so that waves are prevented and dissipated, and meanwhile, wave energy can be effectively utilized for generating electricity.
