The invention provides stone needle health-care acrylic fibers. A preparation method of the stone needle health-care acrylic fibers comprises the following steps of selecting raw materials, copolymerizing and spinning, carrying out post-treatment, washing with water, applying oil and sizing; the raw materials are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 65 to 68 parts of acrylonitrile, 2.5 to 3.1 parts of 2-methylene-1,4-succinic acid, 7.2 to 7.7 parts of methyl methacrylate, 82 to 83 parts of methyl vinylpyridine, 97 to 99 parts of zinc oxide, 23 to 24 parts of ethylene carbonate, 7.2 to 7.9 part of stone needle micro-particles, 3.3 to 3.6 parts of ephedrine, 27 to 30 parts of ethyl acetate and 35 to 37 parts of acetic acid. The acrylic fibers prepared by the preparation method have a remarkable health-care function and good antibacterial performance.
