The invention discloses optimization for a heat treatment method for a 1Cr15Ni36W3Ti alloy bar for nuclear power, and aims at further improving the strength value of an alloy at the room temperature and the high temperature through optimization of an alloy finished product heat treatment method. According to the technical scheme, the direct aging heat treatment technology is adopted, and air cooling is conducted after heat preservation is conducted for 50 h within the range of 700 DEG C+/-10 DEG C. The gamma' content in the alloy obtained through the optimized heat treatment technology is obviously increased, grains are fine and uniform, and the strength of the alloy at the room temperature and the high temperature can be obviously improved; and meanwhile, the plasticity of the alloy is not reduced, the allowance of the mechanical performance of the 1Cr15Ni36W3Ti alloy is improved, and stability of the alloy in the service process is further guaranteed. The optimization has the beneficial effects that the tensile strength of the alloy at the room temperature and the high temperature is obviously improved, and meanwhile the tensile plasticity of the product is not obviously reduced.
