The invention relates to a motor stator, in particular, a pole arc length-variable phase-shift starting motor stator. The pole arc length-variable phase-shift starting motor stator comprises a statorcore component and a stator yoke. With the motor stator adopted, the number of coils connected in series of the working winding of a single-phase asynchronous motor during the starting state of the single-phase asynchronous motor can be decreased, namely, the terminal voltage of the working winding of the motor in the starting state can be increased, the power of the motor can be increased, and the starting torque of the motor can be increased; after the motor is started, the power source of a starting winding is cut off, and the wiring mode of the working winding is changed, and therefore, the pole arc length of the magnetic poles of the stator of the working winding during the operation state of the motor is increased, and the number of coils connected in series of the working winding isincreased, that is, the terminal voltage of the working winding during the operation state is lowered, and the working current of the working winding is lowered; and therefore, the motor is small inworking current, high in efficiency and large in output torque during the operation state. The motor stator can realize pole variation and speed variation when applied to the single-phase asynchronousmotor. The motor stator employs a concentrated winding.
