[Problem] To provide a gas-borne fine particle measuring instrument and a clean environmental device with which it is possible to measure fine particles accurately even when measuring fine particles in highly humid air. [Solution] A gas-borne fine particle measuring instrument which is connected to a chamber that is temporarily or constantly maintained with a humidity that is higher than the humidity of outside air is provided with: a measuring portion which measures fine particles in gas that has been sucked thereinto; a suction pipeline which connects a mounting portion of the chamber to the measuring portion, and which conveys gas sucked in from inside the chamber to the measuring portion; a pump which sucks the gas so that the gas is conveyed from the chamber to the measuring portion through the suction pipeline; and a heating portion which heats the gas in a pathway upstream of the measuring portion.
