The invention discloses electric energy measurement system application fusion architecture and fusion method. The architecture comprises an electric energy measurement master system which is used fortransmitting collected master system measurement data, processed measurement data and alarm information to a fusion platform; an electric energy measurement disaster recovery system which is used fortransmitting the collected disaster recovery system measurement data, the processed measurement data and the alarm information to the fusion platform; and the fusion platform which is used for carrying out comparison, check and smart judgment on the master system measurement data and the disaster recovery system measurement data, filtering bad data, storing fused data, externally issuing electricenergy measurement application data, and issuing operation and maintenance instructions to the electric energy measurement master system and the electric energy measurement disaster recovery system. According to the architecture and the method, the advantage that the two sets of systems are shared in resource and complementary in data is exerted fully, the electric energy measurement data is compared and checked, the optimum measurement data and check index are issued externally, an alarm mechanism in a system operation process is completed, and the system maintenance workload is reduced.
