The invention discloses a virtual synchronous generator control method, and provides an improved virtual synchronous generator control technology. The method mainly comprises an improved virtual synchronous control policy added with second-order voltage inertia and virtual impedance and voltage-current double closed-loop control. The improved virtual synchronous control policy introduces a second-order voltage inertia link and a virtual impedance link on the basis of traditional virtual synchronous control, which improves the voltage rigidity and stability of distributed power generation units. The second-order voltage inertia link reduces the voltage change rate, and filters out high-order harmonics of voltage. The virtual impedance link is added to reduce the power coupling degree of thedistributed power generation units. Through voltage-current double closed-loop control, the output voltage of a power supply accurately and rapidly responses to a command signal. According to the invention, stable parallel operation of distributed power generation units in an alternating current microgrid and stable adjustment of the active power of the alternating current microgrid are finally realized.
