The invention discloses a steel toothed pit embedded pipe positioning frame which comprises a positioning plate and demountable embedded pipe assemblies. A plurality of fixing hole structures are formed in the positioning plate and each comprise four inner fixing holes and four outer fixing holes, and the inner fixing holes and the outer fixing holes are evenly and alternately formed in a surrounding mode. Each demountable embedded pipe assembly comprises eight steel bars, an elastic aluminum plate and an outer steel sleeve, wherein the top ends of the eight steel bars are inserted into the inner fixing holes and the outer fixing holes and fixed to the positioning plate through fasteners; the flexible aluminum plates are embedded between the outer sides of the fixing steel bars inserted inthe inner fixing holes and the inner sides of the fixing steel bars inserted in the outer fixing holes; the steel bars and the aluminum plates constitute elastic buffer assemblies; the outer sides ofelastic buffer layers are sleeved with the outer steel sleeves; and connecting pieces are welded to the bottom ends of the steel bars, the steel bars are welded to one ends of the connecting pieces,and the other ends of the connecting pieces are welded to the outer steel sleeves connected with the steel bars. Mounting is convenient and quick, and the time and labor are saved.
