本申请提供了一种磁共振靶向分子探针，以改性钨酸钆钠纳米棒为内核，其外表面包覆介孔二氧化硅，此双层结构称之为WCMSNs；再在介孔二氧化硅包覆层的外表面修饰CD44单克隆抗体重链，称之为CD44‑WCMSNs。本探针可以同时进行靶向定位肿瘤细胞、磁共振成像、光热烧死肿瘤细胞，代表了最先进的靶向、诊断、治疗一体化的技术方向。
摘要（英）：
The invention provides a magnetic-resonance targeting molecular probe which takes a modified sodium gadolinium tungstate nanorod as an inner core, wherein the outer surface of the probe is coated withmesoporous silica, and the double-layer structure is named as WCMSNs; and the outer surface of the mesoporous silica coating layer is modified with a CD44 monoclonal antibody heavy chain, namely CD44-WCMSNs. The probe can be used for performing positioning a tumor cell in a targeted mode, performing magnetic resonance imaging and burning the tumor cell in the photo-thermal mode, and represent theadvanced targeting, diagnosing and treating integrated technical direction.
