A manufacturing technology of the environment-friendly secret height increasing insoles comprises the steps that (1) the radians, lengths and heights of the polyurethane secret height increasing pads are acquired according to last types, templates are made, and then copper molds are manufactured in a mold factory for later use; (2) according to the templates of the polyurethane secret height increasing pads, size parameters of bottom plates are acquired, and fiberboard cutting dies are manufactured;and (3) the fiberboard cutting dies are fixed to upper dies of the copper molds, polyurethane is injected into lower dies for one-step forming, and after the forming, the fiberboard cutting dies and the polyurethane are integrated by the hot melting. The fiberboards and the polyurethane are molded integrally by adopting the dies, so that the polyurethane secret height increasing pads without beingbrushed with gum are formed solely at present; and compared with existing secret height increasing pads, the environment-friendly secret height increasing insoles are better in elasticity and stability, do not deform, are fold-resistant and anti-seismic and are free from extraneous odor.
