The invention discloses a planar robot running-jumping testing device capable of adjusting the degree of freedom. The device comprises a horizontal translation limiting mechanism, a vertical translation limiting mechanism, a pitching rotation limiting mechanism and a robot mounting base; and the horizontal translation limiting mechanism achieves limiting of the horizontal degree of freedom, the vertical translation limiting mechanism is arranged on the horizontal translation limiting mechanism and is used for limiting the degree of freedom in the vertical direction, the pitching rotation limiting mechanism is installed on the vertical translation limiting mechanism and is used for limiting the pitching rotation freedom degree, and the robot mounting base is installed on the pitching rotation limiting mechanism. The device not only can effectively prevent a robot from falling down, but also can flexibly adjust the spatial degree of freedom of the movement of the robot; and the influencecaused by the weight of the device on the movement performance of the robot does not exist, and the device has the advantages of being light, high in strength, low in cost and the like.
