The prepared nickel-based self-lubricating composite material with widetemperature range has the advantages that the surface hardness is 4 to 5.5GPa, the three-point anti-bending strength is greater than 500MPa, the friction coefficient is about 0.15 to 0.35, and the abrasion rate is smaller than or equal to 8.0mm/10000Km; the sources of reagents are wide, the preparation technology is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the nickel-based self-lubricatingcomposite material is suitable for batch production.
