The work procedures of converter tapping pre-deoxidation, LF refining, VD vacuum treatment and continuous casting pouring in the steelmaking process are optimized, the content of inclusions in molten steel is reduced, the oblique flaw detection qualified rate of the edge part of the steel plate is improved, through edge part oblique flaw detection, it is found that defects being greater than 2 mm do not exist at the edge part of the steel plate, the using requirement of a user is met, and the application market prospects are very broad.
