本发明涉及分子生物学领域，公开了一种miR-1307或其前体在制备预防和/或治疗口蹄疫病毒感染的组合物中的应用。本发明的实施例首次发现了miR-1307与口蹄疫病毒复制的关系，即通过上调miR-1307的表达能够达到抑制口蹄疫病毒复制的目的；根据miR-1307的功能，可将其应用于制备预防和/或治疗口蹄疫的药物，具有很好的临床应用前景。

The invention relates to the field of molecular biology, and discloses application of miR-1307 or an miR-1307 precursor to preparation of a composition for preventing and/or treating foot-and-mouth disease virus infection. According the embodiment, the relationship between the miR-1307 and foot-and-mouth disease virus copying is discovered for the first time, i.e., the goal of inhibiting the foot-and-mouth disease virus copying can be achieved through increasing the expression of the miR-1307; according to the function of the miR-1307, the miR-1307 can be applied to the preparation of the medicine for preventing and/or treating foot-and-mouth diseases; good clinic application prospects are realized.
