The combustion machine is connectedwith the waste liquid incinerator. The air inlet pipe and the LPG delivering pipe are connected with the combustion machine. The organic waste liquid delivering pipe and the diesel delivering pipe areconnected with a three-way valve. The three-way valve is connected with the combustion machine. The waste liquid incinerator is connected with the waste heat boiler. The waste heat boiler is connected with the quench tower. The quench tower is connected with the scrubbing tower. The scrubbing tower is connected with the air exhausting chimney through an air exhausting pipe. The air exhausting pipe is provided with a system fan. The three-way valve is connected with a PLC. Compared with the prior art, the organic waste liquid treatment device is high in heat recovery utilization ratio and lessin fuel usage amount and has no leakage of high-temperature gas, system running is safe and stable, the removing rate of an organic waste liquid is high, and the flue gas emission concentration is superior to the national emission index.
