The invention provides a method for removing solid particles in FCC slurry at high efficiency and high yield. The method comprises the following steps: A, performing an FCC slurry hydrogenation test experiment, selecting an optimal experimental temperature, experimental pressure, reaction time, catalyst type and catalyst usage amount that are used for relieving the hydrogenation process, and ensuring that the aromatic content is not obviously decreased; B, performing atmosphere-vacuum distillation on the FCC slurry by adopting atmosphere-vacuum petroleum distillation conditions after hydrogenation pretreatment. According to the method for removing solids from the FCC slurry, solid particles in oil samples can be greatly removed, so that the requirement on high value added utilization is met. Moreover, green coke produced in the FCC slurry distillation process can be avoided, so that the distillation operation of the FCC slurry can be stably operated for a long time, and the yield of solid-removed slurry is high.
