The invention relates to an integrated corrugated tube type underwater transformer. One end of the transformer is connected with a submarine cable while the other end is connected with submarine electrical facility which needs voltage conversion for supplying power; the transformer comprises a shell, corrugated tubes, a base, guiding columns and a transformer winding; the shell is arranged on thebase; the corrugated tubes are integrated in the middle part of the shell to form a corrugated tube type pressure compensator; four guiding columns are arranged on the periphery in the shell at intervals; the transformer winding is mounted in the shell; and connecting-inserting parts are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the shell respectively. According to the integrated corrugated tubetype underwater transformer disclosed in the invention, independent setting of the pressure compensator for compensating transformer pressure is not needed, so that the structure is greatly simplified, the manufacturing cost is lowered, and simple and attractive appearance is ensured; and by virtue of the guiding rods, smooth compression and extension of the corrugated tube shell is ensured.
