By the annular compensation type underwater transformer, the compensation rate of the compensator can be improved, meanwhile, the integral height of the transformer is prevented from being increased by the compensator, the longitudinal height size of the transformer is reduced, and the gravity center is reduced. And the annular compensation type underwater transformer can be applied in an underwater oil-gas production system.
