The control method includes the steps of S1, drawing and remembering a first pressure curve and a second pressure curve by the alarm clock awakening system; S2, obtaining first identity information and a first awakening strategy input by a first user to obtain second identity information and a second awakening strategy input by a second user; S3, using a first electronic weighing unit to monitor pressure of a bed body that covers the first electronic weighing unit, and using a second electronic weighing unit to monitorpressure of the bed body that covers the second electronic weighing unit; and S4, making a comparison, and if matching succeeds, determining that pressure monitored by the first electronic weighing set is from the first user, and executing the first awakening strategy, otherwise executing the second awakening strategy. The control method of the alarm clock awakening system can effectively awakenone of the two users separately, thereby preventing the problem that a traditional alarm clock wakes up two persons at the same time.
