Two automatic oil feed pumps are mounted at the ends of a left automatic centralized oil supply system and a right automatic centralized oil supply system correspondingly. A centralized oil supply distributor is connected with a bearing at each main roll shaft bearing connection end through a pipe. When the set schedule time on a computer display screen is reached, the automatic oil feed pumps automatically start up to automatically feed oil for lubrication. Compared witha traditional manual single-shaft type oil injection method, the centralized oil supply automatic control system of the full-automatic high-speed ironing machine has the advantages that more time andlabor are saved; the centralized oil supply automatic control system can automatically supply oil when the bearings need to be lubricated, and the service life of the machine is greatly prolonged. Under automatic control over centralized oil supply, a main steam valve and a steam balance valve is full-automatically controlled, and the centralized oil supply automatic control system can conduct remote linkage and information sharing, and is safer in equipment operation, capable of saving more energy, higher in speed, more durable and capable of saving more time.
