The invention provides few-layered graphene as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The few-layered graphene is prepared through steps as follows: natural flake graphite as a raw material is intercalated by CO2 fluid under the supercritical condition, and pressure is relieved rapidly after intercalation. The provided preparation method can realize industrial batch production ofthe few-layered graphene, has simple process and lower operation cost, and the obtained few-layered graphene contains 1-10 layers. The few-layered graphene is used as a negative electrode material ofa lithium ion battery, can provide a lower and stable working voltage and has a wider voltage platform under the same charging and discharging test conditions as compared with commercial graphite; besides, the few-layered graphene has better rate capability in terms of capacity and has higher reversible capacity under different current densities.
