The invention discloses a rolling method of an ultralow carbon bainite steel plate. Steel is prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by weight: smaller than or equal to 0.05 percent of C, smaller than or equal to 0.50 percent of Si, 1.0-2.0 percent of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.015 percent of P, smaller than or equal to 0.002 percent of S, 0.01-0.05 percent of Als, 0.03-0.08 percent of Nb, 0.01-0.03 percent of Ti, smaller than or equal to 0.3 percent of Cr, smaller than or equal to 0.3 percent of Mo, smaller than or equal to 0.3 percent of Ni, smaller than or equal to0.3 percent of Cu, smaller than or equal to 0.0005 percent of B and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to the rolling method provided by the invention, through three-segmentationcontrolled rolling of a high-temperature recrystallization region, a static recrystallization region and non-recrystallization region, by combining with a multipass relaxation technology and technologies including segmentation type controlled cooling, low-temperature low-speed multipass straightening and the like, very fine and uniform bainite structure is acquired and is very excellent in low-temperature toughness, and the steel plate is good in flatness and meets the requirement for online finishing.
