The application method of the panning system for the steamed bun comprises the following concrete steps of (1) conveying; (2) placing disks; and (3) transferring. By the cooperation of a separating cylinder and a separating plate, a bottom disk can fall onto the bottom disk conveying line automatically, so that the automation is strong. Compared with panning by hand, the system is not only clean and sanitary but also capable of reducing the production cost.
