The invention provides a hydraulic plate shearing machine. The hydraulic plate shearing machine comprises a workbench, a rack, a main lower knife arranged on the workbench, a lower side knife arrangedon the rack, a knife rest, a main upper knife and an upper side knife which are arranged on the knife rest, a pressing cylinder and left and right supports, wherein the knives are made from a high-hardness abrasion-resistant hard alloy material; and the hard alloy material is prepared through the following steps of: (1) adopting cubic boron nitride and binding agents as raw materials, putting theraw materials into a planetary ball mill to be subjected to ball milling, and uniformly mixing the materials through full mixing, wherein the binding agents comprise a ceramic binding agent and a metal binding agent; and (2) putting the materials into a vacuum reduction furnace to be heated, and carrying out purification treatment on the materials, so as to obtain the high-hardness abrasion-resistant hard alloy material. The hydraulic plate shearing machine is provided with the knives made from the high-hardness abrasion-resistant material, so that the knives can be utilized for a long time and do not need to be frequently changed.
