The invention provides a production method for flower and wood cultivation soil. The flower and wood cultivation soil comprises nutrient soil and a moisturizing agent, and when the flower and wood cultivation soil is applied, the moisturizing agent wraps the bottom and periphery of the nutrient soil; excess sludge, livestock and poultry manure and crop straw are subjected to aerobic compost fermentation, the fermented material, farmland soil, wormcast and a carbon increasing agent are mixed uniformly to obtain the nutrient soil, and the nutrient soil provides nutrient substances such as nitrogen, phosphorus and organic carbon for growth of flowers and trees; and eichhornia crassipes is utilized to prepare the moisturizing agent, and the moisturizing agent has effects of absorbing moistureand keeping moisture. The flower and wood cultivation soil provided by the invention realizes resource utilization of the excess sludge, the crop straw and the eichhornia crassipes, and partially solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by landfill of the excess sludge and stacking and open burning of the crop straw; and resource utilization of the eichhornia crassipes avoids the eichhornia crassipes from blocking waterways and affecting traffic, and purifies and beautifies rivers and lakes.
