The invention discloses a conversion device for digital electric energy testing. According to the technical schemes of the invention, a V/I conversion module converts a voltage outputted by a voltagedividing module into current, and outputs standard secondary current signals which are proportional to voltage-divided input signals; a voltage boosting module performs voltage boosting on the input signals and outputs standard secondary voltage signals in direct proportion to an input voltage; an AD sampling module performs analog-to-digital conversion on analog signals from a relay so as to convert the inputted analog signals into digital signals, and sends the digital signals to a field programmable logic gate array (FPGA); and electrical signals which are obtained after the FPGA processesthe digital signals are inputted into an optical fiber transmitter, so that the optical fiber transmitter outputs FT3 signals. With the conversion device of the invention adopted, the secondary outputof an analog standard transformer and the FT3 output of an electronic transformer are realized; and digital electric energy measurement simulation-related experiments or theoretical researches can beconducted under a condition that a primary high-voltage source is not boosted, or the primary high-voltage source is absent.
