The invention belongs to the technical field of the organic chemical industry and particularly relates to a novel tetracyclic condensed phosphide as an organic catalyst. The chemical structural formula of the compound is shown in the description. The novel tetracyclic condensed phosphide is obtained by adopting o-azida aniline and o-bromonitrobenzene as raw materials and performing multiple reaction steps of carbon-nitrogen coupling, imidization, reduction and cyclization and the like in sequence under the action of a metal catalyst. The tetracyclic condensed phosphide has the key points of synthesis of the novel tetracyclic condensed phosphide and preparation of all-new synthetic route of the phosphorus compound; simultaneously, the effective application of the tetracyclic condensed phosphide is successfully obtained, i.e., Staudinger reduction reaction can be effectively catalyzed. Compared with the traditional organic phosphorus catalyst, the novel tetracyclic condensed phosphide has the beneficial effects that due to common action of four circles, electrons of phosphine atoms are more special, so that the novel tetracyclic condensed phosphide has an obvious action in catalyzingan organic reaction system, and can effectively catalyze important organic reactions such as Staudinger reaction.
