Further, the attenuated monocyte hyperplasia Listeria has a preservation number of CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) NO: 14649. The invention also provides application of the attenuated monocyte hyperplasia Listeria as a live vaccine vector and an immunological adjuvant. The attenuated monocyte hyperplasia Listeria for delivering and expressing the exogenous antigen ensures the safety of the vector by knocking out two virulence genes and two growth-related genes correspondingly. At the same time, the experimental results also show that the attenuated monocyte hyperplasia Listeria vaccine vector for delivering and expressing the exogenous antigen has good immunity and can induce proliferation of various cellular inflammatoryfactors and immune T lymphocytes.
