本发明公开了一种基于聚氨酯泡沫的密封材料，由多异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、发泡剂、扩链剂、催化剂和助剂，所述聚醚多元醇由在DMC催化剂存在的情况下由至少一种聚酯多元醇和至少一种烷氧基化剂反应得到，所述聚醚多元醇的数均分子量为3000‑8000，所述扩链剂为具有脂肪族线性碳链的二醇，该脂肪族线性碳链含有1‑10个碳原子，所述助剂为气相二氧化硅。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a sealing material based on polyurethane foam. The sealing material is prepared from polyisocyanate, polyether polyol, a foaming agent, a chain extender, a catalyst and an additive, wherein polyether polyol is obtained by reaction of at least one polyester polyol and at least one oxyalkylation agent in the presence of a DMC catalyst; the number-average molecular weight of polyether polyol is 3000-8000; the chain extender is diol with an aliphatic linear carbon chain, and the aliphatic linear carbon chain contains 1-10 carbon atoms; and the additive is fumed silica.
