A manufacturing method of a honeycomb structure can inhibit deformation of a honeycomb structure that can obtain the honeycomb structure having excellent appearance and precision. The method include aforming step and a sintering step, wherein in the forming step, molds with seams (11) in different lattices are formed in central part (13) and a periphery part (14) in a green soil extrusion surface(15); then the shaping mold (1) is configured in the direction, being +/- 10 degrees relative to vertical direction, at the lattice seams (11a) formed in the central part (13); then the green body soil is extrusively molded in horizontal direction.
