The invention provides a machining method of a double-head bolt with a deep hole structure, and relates to a double-head bolt machining method. The machining method aims to solve the problem that in an existing double-head bolt machining method, when a deep hole of a bolt is machined, the linear precision of a deep hole is poor. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that lathe turning is carried out in a phi 19*28 guide hole and a 60-degree taper hole in a horizontal lathe; a 60-degree taper hole of the guide hole end is positioned through a special positioning tool in a deephole drilling machine; and deep through hole drilling is carried out. Due to the adoption of the technological measures, the linear precision of deep hole machining is greatly improved, the original linear precision is improved from 0.2 2mm to 0.1mm, and the product machining quality is improved. The machining method is used for machining the double-head bolt with the deep hole structure.
