The invention discloses a crotonaldehyde waste gas recovery and treatment process. The process comprises exhaust gas pretreatment, namely, the exhaust gas is introduced into a water washing tower fordegreasing and dust removing through a waste gas collection device, and then enters a deamination tower for deamination treatment; adsorption, namely, adsorption treatment is performed on the exhaustgas; desorption, namely, desorption treatment is performed on the exhaust gas after the adsorption treatment by using a desorption device; UV photolysis, namely, oxidative degradation is performed onthe exhaust gas after the desorption by using a UV photolysis purifier; and electrocatalytic oxidation, namely, organic matters are completely decomposed by using an electrocatalytic oxidation system.According to the process, the crotonaldehyde waste gas is efficiently and economically treated under low energy consumption, addition of chemicals is not needed during the whole treatment process, secondary pollution is not generated, and the process has the advantages of high controllable oxidation conditions, thorough decomposition of the organic matters, easy operation and environmental friendliness.
