The invention discloses an adaptive release-based certainty re-releasing method. The method comprises the following steps of: determining sequences of threads for executing synchronous operations on the basis of library function overloading, calling an adaptive releasing module when the threads fail to request to obtain access authorities of shared pages, temporarily storing all the shared pages cause thread blockage in a candidate set by the adaptive releasing module, selecting proper released threads and released shared pages from the candidate set, and moving the released threads and the released shared pages into a to-be-released set; and traversing the to-be-released set by all the threads so as to judge whether the threads are released threads or not, when the judging result is positive, releasing corresponding shared page by the current thread, and if the judging result is negative, releasing corresponding shared pages for the released threads by the current thread and cancelingthe access authorities of the released shared pages by the released threads in the subsequent execution process. The method is capable of enabling most suitable threads to release most suitable shared pages at proper opportunities, reducing the overheads of processing page protection exceptions of parallel programs in recording stages, and improving the recording performance.
