The invention discloses a foam concrete mixer comprising a base. The base is provided with a foaming system, a cement slurry bin and a cement conveying system, and the foaming system is connected to afoaming pipe connected to a hybrid pipe; the cement conveying system is connected to a delivery pipe of which one end is connected to cement slurry in the cement slurry bin, and the other end of thedelivery pipe is connected to the hybrid pipe; the base is further provided with an operating room which is internally provided with a controller, and the foaming system and the cement conveying system are connected to the controller. The foam concrete mixer is easy to operate, and facilitates foaming agents to foam fully, and the foam concrete quality is improved; and meanwhile the foam concretemixer is easy to clean.
