The invention discloses a forward design method of a cylindrical permanent-magnet linear motor for feeding power generation of a vehicle suspension rack. The feeding suspension rack system is formed by installing a cylindrical permanent-magnet linear motor and a damper in parallel. On the basis of a kinetic model and a power output model of the feeding suspension rack, a motor structure parameteroptimization design model taking inherent suspension rack characteristic and high-feeding power generation characteristic of the feeding suspension rack system as a constraint condition is proposed, and the forward design of a structural parameter of the cylindrical permanent-magnet linear motor in the feeding suspension rack system is achieved by solving the model. By the method, excellent suspension performance and power output performance of the feeding suspension rack is ensured before sample making, and the method is high in universality and is easy to implement.
