The invention provides an implementation method of circuit breaker reclosing of an intelligent substation, and is mainly applied to the intelligent substation of 110kV and above voltage grade. A localbus protection device is utilized, the reclosing function preset in line protection or circuit breaker protection is implemented by the mode of software transplantation and the corresponding GOOSE subscription virtual terminal is added in the model file to implement the reclosing function. With application of the method, the reclosing function of the circuit breaker of the same voltage grade of the whole station can be implemented in an integration way, and the objectives of saving cable investment, reducing the workload of cable construction, enhancing the reliability and enhancing the expandability can be achieved.
