The embodiment of the invention provides a pressure balance production parameter optimization method and a production method for a semiconductor device. The pressure balance production parameter optimization method for the semiconductor device comprises the steps of: according to an outer contour of a parallel multi-chip sub-module, determining a shape of an electrode cover board of the semiconductor device; according to semiconductor device parameters, establishing a finite element model of the semiconductor device, and carrying out finite element analysis on the finite element model so as toobtain a finite element analysis result; and then according to the shape of the electrode cover board of the semiconductor device and the finite element analysis result, determining production parameters of the semiconductor device. The production parameters are obtained according to the pressure balance production parameter optimization method for the semiconductor device, which is provided by the embodiment of the invention; the semiconductor device is produced by utilizing the production parameters; pressure balance of the semiconductor device is implemented; and electrical characteristicsand reliability of the semiconductor device are improved.
