The invention discloses a preparation method of a high photostability pigment cladded color paste. The preparation method comprises following steps: 1, an organic pigment, a dispersant, and deionizedwater are subjected to stirring dispersion and grinding so as to obtain an ultrafine organic pigment aqueous dispersion; and 2, a reaction type hindered amine light stabilizer, a high molecular co-stabilizer, a comonomer, and a photoinitiator are added into the ultrafine organic pigment aqueous dispersion, emulsion is carried out, and photoinitiation polymerization is carried out so as to obtain the high photostability pigment cladded color paste. According to the preparation method, the high photostability pigment cladded color paste is prepared via photopolymerization of the reaction type hindered amine light stabilizer and the comonomer , and is used for wet method fiber stock solution coloring; the high photostability pigment cladded color paste is small in particle size distribution range, excellent in spinnability, pigment migration fastness, and photostability.
