The invention belongs to the technical field of forging, and particularly relates to a free forging method for shaft-type forge pieces with central blind holes. Usually, a shaft-type forge piece is forged and moulded through a pre-forming mould after heating a rod material, and then a forge piece product is manufactured through mould forging by adopting a special mould; but in the method, a central blind hole of the shaft-type forge piece needs to be finished by manufacturing an upward mould; during a forging process, no measures are adopted for ensuring the coaxiality of the forge piece, so that the forge piece is high in cost, more in working procedures, frequent in heating and high in energy waste; and outer circle coaxiality requirement and economic requirement of the shaft-type forgepiece with the central blind hole can hardly met. According to the free forging method, the coaxiality problem of the shaft-type forge piece with the central blind hole is solved by adopting the freeforging method; an integral blank mould with an inner cavity which is matched with the shape of the forge-type shaft piece; the shape and size of the inner cavity of the blank mould are separately matched with the shape and size of the shaft-type forge piece; and economic cost of the forge piece is lowered.
