The invention discloses a medical walking stick with an automatic telescopic function. The second cross rod is provided with a second pressure sensor. The middle part of the third stick rod is provided with a telescopic device. The third stick rod is internally provided with a sliding block. The lower end of the sliding block is connectedwith a spring. The upper end of the sliding block is connected with the power device through a steel wire. The bottom end of the third stick rod is connected with a sucker. The middle part of the sucker is communicated with the internal of the third stick rod. Through the two pressure sensors and a single-chip microcomputer, the telescopic device and pressure intensity in the sucker are controlled, to achieve effects of automatically adjust height of the walking stick and preventing slipping. The walking stick is safe and reliable, and is good in practicability.
