The invention discloses a multifunctional anti-skid and anti-theft sensing pad. The pad comprises a first anti-skip layer, a second anti-skid layer, a sensor, an installation groove, a pad body and acentral processing chip. According to the pad, the pad can be used for sensing identification information of a user on the pad such as weight, image and the like to determine whether or not the user has the access to enter, so that an anti-theft function is achieved, safety is effectively improved, and using of the user is convenient.
