The invention relates to a semi-curing molding method for a double-layer glass-fiber-reinforced thermosetting molded part, and belongs to the field of compression molding. The molding method comprisesthe steps of mold and high-silica material preheating, high-silica compression molding, mold opening and heat preserving, machining of an annular compression groove in a high-silica compression molding part, mold, high-silica pre-compression part and carbon fiber material preheating, carbon fiber compression molding and secondary mold opening and heat preserving. According to the molding method,the step of annular groove machining is additionally conducted after a high-silica layer is molded, then the high-silica layer and a carbon fiber layer is compressed into a whole, the bonding effect of the high-silica layer and the carbon fiber layer is good, and it is guaranteed that a molded product has the high heat insulation property and scouring resistance.
