A method to prepare an antibacterial sodium hyaluronate and chitosan bimolecular layer on surface apatite coating of biological magnesium alloy belongs to the technical field of preparation of pure magnesium and magnesium alloy biological medical materials and comprises the steps of (1) drying magnesium or magnesium alloy having the surface covered with apatite coating; (2) adjusting pH of amino silane to 4.5-5.0, stirring for 0.5-1 h, soaking the magnesium or magnesium alloy of step (1), and stirring at 60-70 DEG C for 12-24 h; (3) flushing the product of step (2) alternately with absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water, and drying; (4) soaking the product of step (3) sequentially and alternately in sodium hyaluronate solution and chitosan solution, performing self-assembly reaction, removing surplus colloid by washing or centrifuging when one solution is transferred to another until a required number of bimolecular layers are acquired.
